Project Coordinator

We're looking for a Project Coordinator to support release and delivery coordination across Profility's engineering and product workstreams. This role provides execution and administrative support to the Product & Release Operations Manager, helping keep multiple concurrent projects on track.

Key Responsibilities

• Track sprint and release status across active workstreams, keeping boards and tickets up to date.
• Draft Jira tickets in the team's standard format for review.
• Follow up on action items from calls and syncs to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Coordinate logistics between internal teams (dev, QA, Customer Success, Support) and external implementation partners.
• Maintain documentation and status reports for stakeholders.
• Escalate blockers and unclear scope to the Product & Release Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working across multiple concurrent projects.
• Proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for following things through.
• Comfortable communicating with different people across teams to collect updates and details.
• Positive attitude, with the ability to work well with different people and find common ground with different personalities.
• Clear written communication, comfortable drafting structured documentation.
• High level of English, both written and verbal.
• Experience with Jira or similar tracking tools is a plus.
• Any experience with development or QA is a strong advantage.
• No prior project management experience required; this is an entry point into project/product coordination.

Work Environment & Logistics

• Remote-first role, visiting the Haifa office once every two weeks.
• Working days: Monday-Friday, starting at 09:00 AM Israel time.
