Your role

The Brand Manager is responsible for supporting the performance of the assigned brand(s) in alignment with corporate guidelines. The intern will define and execute local marketing activities – both ATL and BTL – to support the achievement of business goals.

Main Responsibilities

Brand Portfolio Management

• Track and analyze brand, product, and collection performance in terms of volume, profitability, and trends
• Monitor brand and product budget under supervision
• Recommend improvement opportunities based on performance data.
• Actively coordinate and support the execution of sell-out activities, TMK (Trade Marketing), and POS (Point of Sale) campaigns
• Support the planning and execution of main marketing campaigns and consumer activations to achieve KPIs
• Prepare marketing materials and communication assets
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team, providing marketing support such as brand storytelling, training materials, and imagery
• Assist in the preparation of reports for local and corporate brand reviews
• Support in the creation of marketing presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute to brand and marketing plan development and updates
• Analyze market data, distribution, sell-in, and sell-out performance to identify opportunities for optimization
  
  

• Support coordination of TMK activities by COT/accounts and assist the TMK Manager
• Order TM materials (permanent/seasonal, tailor-made/massive)
• Coordinate logistics and oversee installation of TM materials
• Prepare TM performance reports for local and corporate stakeholders
• Create B2B tools and visual content (e.g., using Canva or similar tools)
• Align TMK initiatives with sales efforts (visibility, sell-in/sell-out promotions)
• Monitor and evaluate sell-in/sell-out promotional effectiveness
• Conduct store visits and TMK execution checks
  
  

• Prepare training communication materials aligned with GANT and COT standards
• Assist in organizing and tracking training events and supporting field training initiatives
  
  

• Support the PR agency by providing required materials including media briefs, visuals, videos, and more
  
  

• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and design tools (e.g., Canva, PowerPoint)
• Fluent in Hebrew and English
