Import & Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for an Import & Logistics Coordinator to join our team in a role that includes end-to-end management of shipping, import operations, and customs clearance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate import files end-to-end, from order placement through delivery of shipments to the company’s warehouses.
• Handle sea and air freight processes, monitor shipments, and coordinate customs clearance.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customs brokers, international freight forwarders, couriers, suppliers, and service providers.
• Open and manage import files, monitor the process, and follow through until customs clearance and release of shipments.
• Work closely with Israeli regulatory and standards authorities, with a focus on electrical, energy, and product compliance requirements.
• Manage import documentation, permits, approvals, and records required throughout the import process.
• Drive processes and collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders, including Procurement, Finance, Trade, and Logistics.
• Provide real-time solutions to operational issues and ensure smooth execution while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

• Previous experience in import operations and sea and/or air freight – required.
• Experience working with customs brokers and freight forwarding companies – required.
• Knowledge of import regulations, product standards, and customs clearance processes – a significant advantage.
• Experience or familiarity with the electrical industry – a significant advantage.
• High level of English – required.
• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and time-management skills.
• Fast learner with strong ability to adapt to new processes and systems.

Position Details

• Full-time position, Sunday–Thursday.
• Working hours: 8:00–17:00.
• Location: The Group’s offices, Airport City, Israel.
