Systems Engineer - Electronic Packaging | Mertens - MalamTeam | Holon

Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring a Systems Engineer specializing in Electronic Packaging for a defense organization in Holon. This is an opportunity to take part in the design and development of military systems for airborne, naval, and ground platforms, combining mechanical design, installation support, and leadership of design projects with subcontractors.

Responsibilities:

Mechanical design of assemblies in the field of electronic packaging and participation in the design and installation of military systems

Design of LRU and SRU units, transmitters, receivers, radar antennas, and radomes

Design of structures, auxiliary fixtures, and masts

Provide professional guidance and manage design projects carried out by subcontractors

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

At least five years of engineering design experience in electronic packaging

Experience designing the specified assemblies and familiarity with relevant manufacturing technologies

Proficiency in SolidWorks and NX

Professional understanding of structural, dynamic, and thermal analyses

Experience writing Specification and SOW documents

Proficiency in English and experience using GAI agents

Experience in mechanical design of moving mechanisms - an advantage
