Vice President Operations

A leading industrial manufacturing company is seeking a strategic and hands-on VP Operations to support its next phase of growth.

A unique opportunity to join the executive team of a successful industrial company entering its next growth phase. The role combines leadership of a large-scale operational organization with building management capabilities, driving operational excellence, and creating the infrastructure required for future growth. The VP Operations will play a central role in scaling operations, strengthening cross-functional collaboration, and implementing structured management methodologies. In parallel, the role will lead the expansion of global manufacturing capabilities through strategic international partnerships and subcontractors.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the company's end-to-end operations, including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, Logistics and Maintenance, while ensuring operational excellence, quality, delivery performance and cost efficiency.
• Build, lead and develop a high-performing management team, strengthening leadership capabilities, accountability, collaboration and organizational stability.
• Drive operational transformation and continuous improvement, implementing structured management methodologies, KPIs, performance management processes and data-driven decision making.
• Support the company's global growth strategy through budget ownership, cost optimization initiatives, and the development of international manufacturing capabilities, including subcontractors and strategic production partners.
• Build strong cross-functional collaboration and alignment across Operations, R&D, Quality, Finance, Business Development, and other key organizational functions.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience as a VP Operations / COO in a global manufacturing company.
• Proven experience managing complex manufacturing, supply chain, and subcontractor operations, including work with international manufacturing partners.
• Demonstrated success in leading organizational growth, operational excellence, and business transformation initiatives.
• Strong leadership experience in managing and developing senior managers and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree – an advantage.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and strong execution capabilities.
• Collaborative leadership style with proven ability to build effective partnerships across functions and influence without direct authority.
