Principal Hardware Engineer – Mixed Signal

We are looking for an experienced Principal Hardware Engineer – Mixed Signal to join a multidisciplinary engineering environment and take a leading technical role in the development of advanced medical devices.

This is a senior, hands-on position with significant technical ownership, working across the full hardware development lifecycle – from concept and architecture through design, verification, validation, and product release.

What you'll do:

• Lead mixed-signal hardware development from concept through product release

• Design and develop analog and mixed-signal circuits for complex products

• Work closely with system, software, mechanical, production, and quality teams

• Lead board- and system-level testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and root-cause analysis

• Make technical design trade-offs and optimize BOMs for performance, cost, availability, manufacturability, and reliability

• Support transfer to production and ongoing product improvements

• Serve as a technical focal point for Production and Quality teams

• Create technical specifications, reports, and engineering documentation

• Support development in accordance with relevant industry standards and medical device quality requirements.

What we're looking for:

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering

• 10+ years of relevant hardware development experience

• Deep experience in analog signal processing

• Solid understanding of digital signal processing

• Proven end-to-end experience in mixed-signal circuit design

• Strong knowledge of schematic capture and simulation tools such as SPICE and MATLAB

• Extensive hands-on experience with laboratory equipment, hardware testing, and debugging

• Ability to collaborate, mentor, and influence across multiple engineering disciplines

• Fluent English – written and spoken

• Experience in the medical device industry – an advantage
