Lead Product Manager

A Pre-Seed AI startup is looking for a hands-on Founding Product Lead to join the founding team and take ownership of the product .

The company is building an AI platform for enterprises, helping organizations use AI to improve and automate complex business processes.

• Own the product direction, roadmap and priorities.
• Work directly with the founders and technical team to define and build the initial product.
• Lead customer discovery and translate real business needs into scalable product solutions.
• Design AI-native workflows, including how AI agents use knowledge, tools and enterprise systems.
• Define product requirements, prototypes and success criteria.
• Work closely with engineering on AI quality, evaluation and product decisions.
• Help build a repeatable product that can scale across enterprise customers.
• Use AI tools directly for research, prototyping, analysis and experimentation.

What We're Looking For

• Strong product management background, B2B / enterprise software.
• Proven experience taking products from 0 and into real world use.
• Hands-on experience building and launching AI / LLM-based products.
• Practical understanding of GenAI, AI agents, RAG and AI-driven workflows.
• Strong product judgement and ability to translate complex business problems into simple, scalable solutions.
• Comfortable working very closely with engineering and customers.
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate in a fast moving Pre-Seed environment.
• Excellent communication skills and strong business judgement.
