The role is working within our studio: Supersonic

Supersonic is one of the world's leading mobile game publishers, working with independent studios everywhere to turn promising ideas into games played by millions. Based in Tel Aviv and founded in 2020, the team has published more than 150 titles across the hybrid casual and casual space, backed by deep expertise in game analysis, monetisation and user acquisition. In August 2026 Supersonic joined Tripledot Studios.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Lead Data & AI Scientist to own how Supersonic predicts player value and behaviour, and turns those predictions into decisions that run without human intervention across a portfolio of live mobile games. You will build the models and the agents and skills that consume, monitor, and act on them, while working closely with the hiring manager and partners across business, growth, monetization, studio management, product, and R&D teams.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role with no direct reports. You will set technical direction for the modelling and agent layers, review work, mentor analysts and data scientists, and work closely with the Data Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Own predicted-LTV models end to end, from feature and horizon design through validation, retraining, and model-family replacement.
• Build and productionize churn and retention models, cohort-performance monitoring, and the target-day and goal logic that informs optimization.
• Design, test, and maintain version-controlled agent skills with clear data contracts, runtime rules, failure handling, and fallbacks.
• Extend agent workflows and integrations, and turn stable LLM-orchestrated steps into deterministic code where reliability and cost require it.
• Build the verification, rollback, and outcome monitoring that allow automation to operate safely against real spend.
• Partner with business, growth, monetization, studio management, product, data infrastructure, BI, and architecture teams.
  
  

• A data science background, with experience working closely with AI models and agents in recent years.
• Strong Python and SQL skills.
• Strong grounding in probability and scientific thinking.
• The ability to research complex problems, connect the relevant context, and turn that thinking into practical work.
• Experience with mobile or gaming is an advantage.
• Previous people-lead experience is welcome but not required. This role is suited to someone who wants to remain deeply hands-on.
