About the Role

We are looking for an energetic Field Marketing Coordinator, a true "people person," who will lead field activities with a passion for the marketing and field work domains. You will be the face of Neema on the ground - at branches, deposit points, the airport, and community events. In this role, you will build real relationships with our communities, create authentic content, and make sure Neema shows up strong wherever our customers are.

This role involves roughly 3 days in the field and 2 days in the office – with weekend availability needed from time to time (no fixed commitment, but flexibility is a must).

What You'll Do

• Take full ownership of Neema's presence at community events and field activities - from setup to breakdown.
• Create and support social media content that captures real, on-the-ground moments.
• Shoot and edit social media videos, including on-site filming and street interviews.
• Build and grow relationships with community members and influencers - through mingling, collaborations, and genuine connection.
• Maintain brand visibility at branches, deposit points, and other physical touchpoints.
• Manage merchandise/gift inventory and distribution with care and accuracy.
• Run structured monthly partnerships with clear objectives and summaries.
• Handle physical, hands-on work (setup/breakdown, transporting materials) alongside regular office tasks.
• Keep everything organized and on track via task management tools, and hit deadlines.

• A sociable, charismatic, "people person" who knows how to build trust.
• Comfortable and confident in front of a camera – filming, presenting, and interviewing.
• A responsible self-starter who knows how to take initiative and can multitask effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills, a strong sense of caring and ownership, and an unshakeable responsibility for deadlines.
• High-level English - a must.
• Willingness to work some weekends and maintain a high presence in the field.
