About the Role

A leading company is looking for a Systems Analysis Team Lead to provide professional and managerial leadership to a team of Systems Analysts.

The role includes end-to-end responsibility for analysis quality, business and technical requirements, and delivery support. It combines people management, leadership of complex analysis processes, and close collaboration with business and technology stakeholders in a complex, multi-system environment.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management

• Direct management of a team of Systems Analysts.
• Professional mentoring, capability development, and standardization of analysis processes.
• Developing methodologies, analysis templates, and professional guidelines.
• Ensuring the quality of team deliverables and professional excellence.

Delivery Ownership

• End-to-end ownership of the analysis process, from requirements gathering through handover to development.
• Ensuring analysis milestones align with Sprint, PI, and quarterly objectives.
• Reviewing the completeness, consistency, and quality of analysis documentation.
• Managing risks, dependencies, and analysis gaps.
• Collaborating closely with Product Owners, Development, QA, and business stakeholders.
• Providing management with visibility into status, blockers, and risks.

Professional Leadership

• Leading complex systems analysis across core business and digital domains.
• Defining systemic solutions and functional architecture.
• Ownership of business and logical specifications.
• Driving best practices in systems analysis.
• Implementing Agile methodologies across analysis processes.

Process Improvement & Innovation

• Optimizing analysis, specification, and knowledge management processes.
• Implementing advanced tools and methodologies.
• Defining metrics for specification quality.
• Establishing and driving organizational standards for systems analysis.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in complex systems analysis – Mandatory.
• At least 2–3 years of experience managing a team of Systems Analysts – Mandatory.
• Proven experience in financial domains, including stocks, options, and financial products – Mandatory.
• Proven experience writing complex business and technical specifications – Mandatory.
• Experience working with databases and data modeling – Mandatory.
• Experience working with multi-interface and integrated systems – Mandatory.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies – Mandatory.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and complex stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
