Quality Control Laboratory Manager – Hardware & Electronics

We are looking for an experienced Laboratory Manager to lead and manage our testing and quality laboratory in Petah Tikva.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day laboratory activities, testing processes, and inspection procedures.
• Perform and oversee quality inspections and testing of electronic hardware and mechanical components.
• Work with test equipment and measurement tools to verify product quality and performance.
• Identify, investigate, document, and report non-conformities.
• Ensure testing is performed according to company procedures, specifications, and quality standards.
• Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to resolve quality and technical issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation and test reports.
• Support the improvement and optimization of laboratory and quality processes.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, purchasing, and other internal teams.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a laboratory, testing, QC, or inspection role, preferably in electronics / hardware / manufacturing.
• Experience with electronic testing and measurement equipment.
• Good understanding of manufacturing and quality control processes.
• Experience identifying and handling product defects and non-conformities.
• Experience working with suppliers and manufacturers.
• Familiarity with SAP – required.
• Strong technical orientation and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• SolidWorks – an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a hands-on environment.
