A leading and stable company in the Holon area is looking for a Mechanical Engineer specializing in Electronic Packaging to join the design and development of complex military systems for airborne, naval, and ground platforms.

What will you do?

• Take an active part in the design and installation of military systems

• Design mechanical assemblies and systems for airborne, naval, and ground platforms

• Design electronic packaging, including LRU/SRU units, transmitters, receivers, radar antennas, and radomes

• Design structures, support equipment, and masts

• Lead and manage design projects with subcontractors

• Work closely with engineering, development, and manufacturing teams

• Prepare technical and management documentation, including Specifications and SOWs

What are we looking for?

🎓 B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering - required

🔹 5+ years of engineering design experience in Electronic Packaging

🔹 Experience designing LRU/SRU units, transmitters, receivers, radar antennas, and radomes

🔹 Knowledge of manufacturing technologies relevant to electronic packaging

🔹 Experience in designing structures, support equipment, and masts

🔹 Experience with moving mechanisms - an advantage

🔹 Proficiency in SolidWorks and NX

🔹 Professional understanding of structural, dynamic, and thermal analyses

🔹 Experience writing technical and management documentation – Specifications, SOWs

🔹 Good English proficiency

🔹 Experience and proficiency with Generative AI agents
