Embedded Software Engineer

A leading technology company is looking for an Embedded Software Engineer to join a development team working on complex systems, with close interaction with hardware and in Embedded Linux, Real-Time, RTOS, and Bare-Metal environments.

What will you do?

• Develop C software for Embedded and Real-Time systems

• Develop in Embedded Linux, including Linux Kernel, Device Drivers, Device Tree, and User Space

• Work in RTOS and Bare-Metal environments

• Configure, customize, and build Embedded Linux systems, including Yocto / Buildroot

• Develop Low-Level software, BSPs, and Bootloaders

• Work with Microcontrollers, Microprocessors, and ARM

• Implement communication interfaces such as SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, Ethernet, and UDP

• Perform Board Bring-Up, HW/SW integration, and debugging

• Work with debugging tools such as JTAG, Logic Analyzer, and Oscilloscope

• Collaborate with Hardware, FPGA, System, and Integration teams

What are we looking for?

• B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Computer Science / Software Engineering - required

• 3–5+ years of experience in Embedded / Real-Time development

• Strong C programming experience

• Hands-on experience with Embedded Linux, RTOS and/or Bare Metal - a significant advantage

• Experience with Linux Kernel / Device Drivers / BSP / Yocto - an advantage

• Experience working close to hardware and performing HW/SW debugging
