We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Recruitment & HR team.

In this role, you'll partner with hiring managers across the organization, lead end-to-end recruitment for a wide variety of corporate positions, and help shape the teams that drive Factory 54's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle (end-to-end) recruitment, from role briefing and sourcing through offer stage and onboarding.
• Partner closely with hiring managers, providing strategic recruitment guidance and ensuring hiring plans align with business needs.
• Source and attract top talent through multiple recruitment channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, proactive sourcing, job boards, and talent pipelines.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews, assess candidates, coordinate hiring processes, and support offer negotiations.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience that reflects Factory 54's employer brand and company culture.
• Maintain recruitment data within ATS platforms, monitor hiring metrics, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Participate in and lead cross-functional recruitment, employer branding, and HR initiatives.

Requirements

• +2 years of experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing tools, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interviewing, assessment, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with a service-oriented mindset.
• Proactive, business-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and drive recruitment initiatives.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Passion for talent acquisition and a strong motivation to grow within a leading and rapidly evolving organization.
• Very good command of English- both written and verbal.
• Strong advantage for candidates with a strong interest in AI and hands-on knowledge of AI tools used in recruitment and talent acquisition.
