About the role:

As Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will report to the CEO and take overall responsibility for Brook's finance function, day-to-day operations, and management of all office departments. You will lead department heads and teams, translate company strategy into execution, and oversee financial planning, cash flow, and operational performance. The role combines company-wide oversight with hands-on management, ensuring that every department works toward shared priorities, meets its targets, and supports reliable delivery across international projects.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Take overall responsibility for company operations and international project delivery, ensuring quality and timely execution.

•  Translate company strategy into operating plans, priorities, resource allocations, and measurable performance targets.

•  Manage all office departments, their managers and teams, set priorities, assign responsibilities, and hold leaders accountable for results.

•  Lead the finance function, overseeing budgets, cash flow, payments, collections, financial reporting, and profitability.

•  Direct procurement and supplier partnerships, align commercial commitments with operational capacity and delivery plans.

•  Build scalable processes and systems, manage operational risks, escalations, and business continuity across markets.

•  Partner with the CEO on growth initiatives and report on execution, financial performance, and operational priorities.

Requirements:

•  Significant operations leadership experience, including at least 5 years as a COO, VP Operations, or business unit leader.

•  Proven experience leading managers and complex international projects- logistics, public-sector, B2G or G2G experience is an advantage.

•  Strong financial management experience, including budgets, cash flow, payments, collections, and financial reporting.

•  Proven ability to scale operations, lead change, and make sound decisions under pressure, with a hands-on approach.

•  Excellent Hebrew and English, strong negotiation and stakeholder-management skills, willingness to travel internationally.
