Role Description-

• Serving as a Radar Signal Processing & Algorithms Engineer, joining a multidisciplinary R&D team driving the design, development, and optimization of cutting-edge radar algorithms.
• Architecting and implementing sophisticated radar signal processing algorithms for target detection, multi-target tracking, clutter rejection, Doppler processing, and false-alarm suppression.
• Conducting end-to-end mathematical simulations and performance modeling in MATLAB to evaluate and validate algorithm accuracy, detection ranges, and resolution under challenging operational scenarios.
• Optimizing and deploying production algorithms in C++ and Python, ensuring real-time execution constraints and latency budgets are met.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Embedded Software, FPGA/Hardware, and Systems Engineering teams to integrate algorithms into operational radar hardware platforms.
• Participating actively in laboratory integration and hands-on field trials, analyzing live radar measurement data to refine and calibrate system performance.
• Producing comprehensive technical documentation, including algorithm design descriptions, architecture specifications, and verification reports.

Requirements-

• B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent quantitative discipline – Mandatory
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Radar Signal Processing & Algorithm Development – Mandatory
• Deep theoretical and practical comprehension of radar systems, RF waveforms, and classical/advanced signal processing techniques (e.g., FFT, CFAR, matched filtering, beamforming, Kalman filtering/tracking) – Mandatory
• Strong practical development skills in MATLAB for algorithm design, data analysis, and mathematical simulation – Mandatory
• Hands-on programming and implementation experience in C++ and/or Python for real-time or production algorithm pipelines – Mandatory
• Experience analyzing experimental or live radar field data and troubleshooting system anomalies – Mandatory
• Willingness and ability to participate in live system integrations and outdoor field trials – Mandatory
