Full Stack Engineer

The office is located in Central Tel Aviv within walking distance of the train station and adjacent to the light rail, operating on a hybrid model with one day working from home.

Role Description-

• Serving as a Senior Full Stack Engineer, reporting directly to the CTO, driving end-to-end product architecture and feature delivery for an enterprise AI Agent platform.
• Owning a balanced 50/50 Full Stack development scope, building scalable backend services in Node.js and modern, highly responsive frontend interfaces in React & TypeScript.
• Integrating frontend applications with complex backend data pipelines, enterprise APIs, and internal proprietary LLM inference engines.
• Architecting, deploying, and maintaining resilient cloud infrastructure and microservices running on AWS within a modern macOS development environment.
• Collaborating closely with AI researchers, product managers, and founders to translate customer workflows into intuitive, low-latency agentic features.
• Taking strong end-to-end ownership of code quality, CI/CD pipelines, system reliability, and overall product UX.

Requirements-

• B.Sc. in Computer Science / Software Engineering OR an alumnus of an elite IDF technological unit (e.g., 8200, Mamram, Talpiot, or equivalent) – Mandatory
• 4+ years of hands-on Full Stack development experience building production web applications – Mandatory
• Strong, proven backend development experience with Node.js (and modern asynchronous design patterns) – Mandatory
• Extensive hands-on frontend development experience with React and TypeScript – Mandatory
• Practical experience architecting and deploying systems on Cloud infrastructure (AWS) – Mandatory
• Self-directed builder mindset with strong product sense and the ability to drive end-to-end initiatives with high autonomy – Mandatory
• Experience with Generative AI applications, vector retrieval, or enterprise API integrations – Significant Advantage
