Role Description

• Serving as a Senior Backend Engineer, joining an established engineering squad reporting directly to the Backend Team Lead.
• Architecting, developing, and deploying scalable backend services, distributed data pipelines, and APIs powering complex intelligence investigation workflows.
• Designing and implementing decoupled, high-performance systems using modern Microservices architectures in .NET Core (C#).
• Integrating and maintaining high-throughput backend components interfacing with relational databases (SQL) and supporting secondary services in Java.
• Packaging, containerizing, and orchestrating backend services using Docker across modern development and deployment pipelines.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Frontend Engineers, Big Data specialists, and Product Managers to deliver reliable, enterprise-grade capabilities for intelligence analysts and security agencies.

Requirements-

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience focusing on Backend Engineering – Mandatory
• Deep, proven mastery in backend development with .NET Core / C# – Mandatory
• Extensive hands-on experience designing and operating systems in Microservices architectures – Mandatory
• Solid working experience containerizing applications and managing environments with Docker – Mandatory
• Strong practical proficiency in relational database design, query optimization, and data modeling with SQL – Mandatory
• Working knowledge or practical experience with Java – Advantage
• Background developing large-scale distributed systems, Big Data processing, or complex data-intensive enterprise platforms – Significant Advantage
• High ownership, collaborative team player, and strong problem-solving skills – Mandatory
