Overall responsibility for planning, scheduling, and monitoring production processes, optimizing resources, meeting deadlines, and continuously improving production efficiency.

• Develop production plans based on orders, forecasts, and demand.
• Set priorities and manage production workloads.
• Monitor production plans and ensure targets are met.
• Oversee delivery schedules and improve on-time delivery.
• Plan and optimize the use of resources, including machinery, workforce, and raw materials.
• Work closely with Procurement and the Warehouse to ensure material availability.
• Analyze production data and KPIs and draw actionable insights.
• Initiate and lead efficiency and continuous improvement processes.
• Implement advanced work methods.
• Work with information systems, with an emphasis on Priority.

• Practical or academic qualification in Industrial Engineering and Management, or a relevant field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in production planning and control or production planning at an industrial manufacturing plant.
• Experience in heavy industry is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
