Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for a Fullstack Engineer to join a technology company developing advanced AI-powered software solutions focused on language, audio, real-time data processing, and intelligent user experiences.

In this role, you’ll work on complex, production-grade systems across the full stack — from backend services and APIs to modern React applications — while contributing to the integration of AI and LLM technologies into real-world products.

What You’ll Do

• Build and operate production-grade fullstack applications.
• Develop backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build modern frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
• Design and develop APIs and distributed/service-oriented systems.
• Work with SQL databases, including transactions, locking, concurrency, caching, and schema migrations.
• Design frontend architecture, component systems, state management, asynchronous flows, and API integrations.
• Integrate commercial or self-hosted LLMs into substantial production applications.
• Diagnose and resolve complex production issues across multiple services and application layers.
• Modernize existing systems through incremental, low-risk improvements.
• Maintain high standards for testing, code quality, observability, security, accessibility, and maintainability.
• Use AI-assisted engineering tools responsibly, with rigorous review and validation.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and other technical teams.
• Take ownership of technical decisions and contribute to product-level thinking.

Core Qualifications

• Deep production experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong professional experience with React and TypeScript.
• Proven experience building and operating fullstack applications in production.
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture, component design, state management, asynchronous flows, and API integration.
• Proven experience designing and operating distributed or service-oriented systems.
• Strong understanding of API evolution, compatibility, and interface versioning.
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases, transaction boundaries, locking, concurrency, caching, and schema migration.
• Experience diagnosing complex production behavior across multiple services and application layers.
• High standards for testing, code quality, observability, security, accessibility, and maintainability.
• Ability to modernize an existing system through incremental, low-risk changes.
• Experience integrating a commercial or self-hosted LLM into a substantial application.
• Experience using AI-assisted engineering tools responsibly, with rigorous review and validation.
• Strong ownership, communication, collaboration, and product judgment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with speech recognition, real-time audio, speaker diarization, speaker recognition, or multimedia pipelines.
• Experience operating workloads on Kubernetes or OpenShift, using Helm and Docker.
• Familiarity with SRE practices, production monitoring, incident analysis, and capacity planning.
• Experience with C#/.NET and WPF.
