Riverside’s technology streamlines the entire content creation process, turning ideas into professional-grade content with the highest production standards, without requiring expensive equipment or external services. What you'll do:

Own the numbers. Responsibility for the funnel, from the first time someone hears about Riverside to the point they subscribe and stay. That includes our self-serve plans and the demand that reaches our Business plan, along with the budget behind both.

Own the brand. How Riverside is positioned, what it stands for, and how it sounds everywhere it shows up, all sit with you.

Lead a team. You'll take over an experienced organization of over 30 marketing professionals covering performance, content, creative, lifecycle and product marketing. Your job is to set the bar, develop the people already here, and hire the ones who are missing.

Go global from Tel Aviv. Our users are worldwide and the US is our biggest market. You'll build marketing that wins in those markets while running the team from here.

Requirements:

Scaling up is your bread and butter. You’ve helped scale a company from 8-figure ARR to $250M+ and know what it takes to build the marketing engine for the next stage of growth.

Self-serve funnel ownership. You have owned a self-serve or PLG funnel at meaningful volume and can talk through exactly what you changed, what it cost, and what it returned.

Full stack, not one lane. Real depth across performance and user acquisition, brand, and product marketing. We are not looking for a brand person who has never owned a CAC number, and not for a performance operator who has never shaped a brand.

Global market experience. You've built and run marketing for US and international audiences, and you understand how those markets differ from the one outside your window.

Product-led instincts. You've worked at a company where the product does much of the selling, and you think in terms of activation, conversion and retention rather than lead lists.

Grew fast. Your career shows a steep curve at companies that were themselves growing quickly, with increasing scope earned rather than waited for.
