About the role

Our Marketing team is responsible for all of the demand generation challenges the company is facing, tackling complex real-world problems that directly affect the company’s success. You’d be joining our expanding team as a Digital Marketing Manager.

In this role, you will develop and execute data-driven, multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads) to drive brand awareness, optimize the buyer's funnel, and nurture high-quality leads that fuel our sales pipeline.

What you'll do:

• Full, hands-on ownership of paid advertising in Buildots: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Linkedin, Google Ads, and other B2B-relevant platforms, with a focus on lead generation and pipeline growth
• Develop audience segmentation strategies, conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, messaging, and audience targeting to improve performance
• Monitor, measure, optimize and report on ROI and key performance indicators (KPIs) using HubSpot, Salesforce, AI and other tools
• Continuously optimize conversion paths to maximize lead capture and engagement
• Manage budgets, timelines, and campaign execution using project management tools (Asana, Google Sheets)
• Collaborate with growth, content marketing and design teams to enhance user experience across landing pages, website assets, and ad content
• Research, evaluate, and implement new marketing technologies and tools to improve team performance and operational efficiency

Requirements:

• 2+ years of in-house experience in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing roles in a B2B SaaS growth stage tech company (Or similar experience with an agency working with B2B clients)
• Proven hands-on expertise in managing ad platforms (e.g. Linkedin Ads, Google Ads, Meta, YouTube Ads) and programmatic advertising; Campaign strategy, execution, and optimization
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, or similar tools
• Superb project management and operational skills
• Number cruncher with strong attention to detail
• Team player that goes above and beyond to ensure the success of the team and the business
• Native or Native-equivalent English proficiency
• Brings a geeky mindset

Nice to have

• Experience with SEO and website optimization
• Experience with AI, AI agents specifically, and/or automation tools (make, zapier, etc.)
