CNC Machine Operator – Be’er Sheva

A leading company specializing in the research, development, and production of crystals and advanced materials is looking for a CNC Machine Operator to join its production team in Be’er Sheva.

What will you do?

* Operate CNC machines as part of the production process

* Work directly with production machinery throughout the shift

* Inspect manufactured parts and ensure quality standards

* Work with measuring tools

* Read and follow technical drawings and work instructions

* Perform precise production work requiring a high level of attention and concentration

Requirements:

* Previous experience working in an industrial/manufacturing environment – required

* Technical background and good technical understanding – required

* Basic ability to read technical drawings – required

* High level of responsibility, accuracy, and attention to detail

* Ability to stay focused while performing precise and repetitive production tasks

* Reliability and interest in a stable, long-term position

* Willingness to work shifts

Advantages:

* Previous experience operating CNC machines

* Experience working with measuring tools

* Knowledge of Russian – an advantage

Previous CNC experience is not mandatory. Training can be provided to suitable candidates with relevant industrial experience, strong technical abilities, and a serious approach to work.
