Operating with an elite founding squad of engineers and security researchers, the company combines raw early-stage equity impact with the unmatched strategic backing, design partners, and resources of a top-tier venture group.

The office is located in Tel Aviv adjacent to the train station, operating on a hybrid model with up to two days working from home.

Role Description-

• Serving as the Founding Product Manager (Head of / Lead / Senior PM), representing the first dedicated product hire in the company, reporting directly to the CEO.
• Taking 360-degree ownership over the entire product domain from ground zero: shaping the Product Vision, GTM strategy, customer discovery, and building the company's product discipline from scratch.
• Operating in an intensive, fully hands-on capacity alongside the founders and engineering leads, translating early technological breakthroughs and enterprise customer pain points into a market-defining Cyber/AI product.
• Conducting continuous customer and market research with global enterprise security leaders, CISOs, and design partners to validate hypotheses, define roadmaps, and refine the value proposition.
• Authoring detailed PRDs, system specifications, and user journeys while closely collaborating with R&D on rapid iterative release cycles.

Requirements-

• 5 years of proven hands-on Product Management experience (Senior PM / Lead / Principal / Director level) with a strong appetite for deep execution – Mandatory
• Deep domain expertise in Cybersecurity products (B2B Enterprise Security) – Mandatory
• Proven background working within fast-paced Startup / Scale-up environments (not exclusively corporate experience across one's career) – Mandatory
• Highly driven, self-directed builder capable of navigating 0-to-1 ambiguity, setting product direction, and executing end-to-end – Mandatory
• Exceptional customer-facing communication, technical articulation, and presentation skills in fluent English – Mandatory
• Strong technical background (grown from Software Engineering, Cyber Research, or Systems Architecture) – Significant Advantage
• Practical experience or strong domain exposure to AI, Machine Learning, LLM architectures, or AI Security – Significant Advantage
