The platform converges domain-specific physical simulation engines, operational models, and autonomous Agentic AI to power sovereign decision-making under extreme conditions.

As a day-one engineering hire, this role offers foundational equity and architectural ownership from ground zero.

The upcoming office will be located in Tel Aviv adjacent to the train station, with a hybrid model of one day working from home.

Role Description-

• Serving as a Founding Architect / Principal Systems Engineer, reporting directly to the VP of R&D and taking primary architectural ownership of the company's core platform from day zero.
• Architecting resilient, high-throughput systems bridging complex software, multidisciplinary components, and hardware interfaces for mission-critical sovereign deployments.
• Leading end-to-end technical strategy, technology stack selection, and hands-on coding (Python / Go) for core backend, data, and simulation pipelines.
• Designing and executing robust On-Premise and air-gapped deployment architectures, including local containerization, hardware orchestration, and on-prem AI model hosting.
• Integrating advanced Agentic AI systems, LLM/SLM orchestrations, and simulation runtimes into reliable, fault-tolerant enterprise pipelines.
• Providing technical mentorship, setting code quality and architectural standards, and guiding the hiring and professional development of the incoming engineering team.

Requirements-

• 6 years of hands-on software engineering experience (deep background with Python or Go; language stack is flexible for top-tier engineers) – Mandatory
• 2 years of experience in senior technical leadership roles: Founding Engineer, Principal Engineer, Chief Architect, or high-impact Staff/Lead IC – Mandatory
• Proven track record designing and shipping complex, distributed, end-to-end architectures from zero to production – Mandatory
• Hands-on experience with On-Premise deployments, air-gapped systems, bare-metal hardware, or sovereign cloud infrastructure – Significant Advantage
• Experience working on multidisciplinary systems (software interacting with hardware, physical sensors, networks, or embedded platforms) – Significant Advantage
• Practical exposure to modern AI infrastructure, LLM/Agentic toolchains, or mathematical/operational simulations – Advantage
• High agency, founder mentality, and the drive to balance high-level architectural strategy with fast-paced hands-on coding – Mandatory
