VYBS is a B2C rewards-play app. Users discover games in our feed, install them, complete tasks inside the games and earn real cash. Our revenue comes from advertisers who pay for players who stay and progress.

This means design at VYBS is closely tied to business outcomes — activation, first-task completion, retention, ARPU and LTV.

The role

We're looking for a Senior UX Designer to take ownership of the user experience across the VYBS product, from the moment a user opens the feed through engagement, progression and cashout.

You'll work closely with the Product Director, UI designer, developers, data and business teams — taking complex product problems from definition to shipped experience and measuring the impact of your work.

This is a senior, highly autonomous role for someone who wants real product ownership and influence, not just execution. As the design team grows, there will be room to take on broader design leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own UX from problem definition to shipped product: research, user flows, wireframes, prototypes and final UX
• Partner with Product, Data and business teams to identify opportunities and define solutions based on user and business needs
• Connect design decisions to product KPIs and use data to evaluate and iterate on your work
• Challenge assumptions and priorities when research or data points in a different direction
• Design and iterate on A/B test variants as part of our experimentation cycle
• Own the UX of key product areas and ensure consistency across the end-to-end user journey
• Work closely with the UI designer to evolve and maintain our design system
• Use AI tools as part of your daily workflow and explore where AI can create better product experiences
• Help shape UX practices and standards as the design function grows

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product UX / product design
• Strong experience designing B2C mobile products with large-scale user funnels — this is a must
• Proven ownership of complex product areas from problem definition through launch and iteration
• Strong understanding of product metrics and the ability to connect UX decisions to measurable business outcomes
• Experience working closely with Product, Data and Engineering in a fast-moving environment
• Strong product thinking — you don't just solve the brief, you help define the right problem to solve
• Comfortable working independently, making decisions and driving projects forward
• Strong portfolio showing shipped consumer products and measurable impact
• Practical experience using AI tools in your design workflow

• Background in gaming, rewarded ads or consumer subscription / monetization products
• Experience with reward economies, progression, streaks or other engagement mechanics
• Experience working in an early-stage startup
• Experience working with experimentation and A/B testing
• Experience helping shape design processes or mentoring other designers
