Job Description

Job Description In this 6-month third-party contractor engagement based in Tel Aviv, you will play a key role in driving high-impact talent acquisition across primary growth areas, including Engineering and Sales. Working closely with local leadership, you will serve as a consultative recruitment partner, identifying and engaging top-tier professionals who build and sell our ecosystem of safety and security technologies.

You will champion an inclusive candidate experience while executing proactive sourcing strategies to connect with passive talent in competitive markets. Candidates with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Development

• Execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-caliber engineering and sales candidates
• Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques, professional networks, and local talent platforms to build diverse candidate pipelines
• Screen and evaluate prospective talent against core technical and commercial competencies
  
  

End-to-End Interviewing & Engagement

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral and competency-based interviews to assess candidate capabilities and culture add
• Guide candidates seamlessly through the selection lifecycle, keeping candidate experience at the forefront
• Represent Motorola Solutions’ mission and value proposition effectively in candidate discussions
  
  

Stakeholder Management & Process Execution

• Partner closely with local hiring managers to understand business needs and define role requirements
• Provide data-driven recruiting insights and regular progress updates to key business stakeholders
• Drive efficient selection workflows, ensuring active candidate tracking and structured evaluation feedback
  
  

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3-5 years of experience as a recruiter in High-Tech companies
• Solid experience in full-lifecycle recruitment, candidate sourcing, and interviewing
• Employment through a third-party agency for a 6-month contract duration

• Sourcing Mastery to identify and engage passive candidates within Software Engineering and Sales domains
• English Language to collaborate across global business units and present hiring progress clearly

• Stakeholder Management to advise hiring managers, manage expectations, and streamline decision-making
• Interviewing Skills to evaluate technical abilities, sales acumen, and alignment with corporate culture
  
  

Work Model: Tel Aviv Office - minimum 4 days/week

Contract Type: 6-Month Third-Party Agency Contractor, part time ~ 80% (145 monthly hours)
