SAP CRM Implementation Specialist

A leading company is looking for an experienced SAP CRM Implementation Specialist to join its Finance Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, implement, and maintain business processes in SAP CRM.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Work closely with business users and stakeholders within the Finance Department.
• Maintain, improve, and optimize existing processes and system capabilities.
• Lead end-to-end implementation processes, from requirements gathering through implementation and deployment.
• Troubleshoot system issues, analyze problems, and provide effective solutions.
• Collaborate with IT, development, Information Systems, and business teams.
• Support system upgrades, enhancements, and the implementation of new capabilities.
• Work in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of proven experience as an SAP CRM Implementation Specialist – required.
• Experience in business and system analysis and process implementation.
• Experience working directly with business users and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technological solutions.
• Experience with system integrations and interfaces – an advantage.
• Experience in financial services / finance-related environments – a significant advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Relevant academic degree -an advantage.
