Salesforce Systems Analyst

COMBLACK is hiring a Salesforce Systems Analyst!

An opportunity to combine Systems Analysis and Project Management in a Salesforce environment, including defining complex processes, working with multiple interfaces, and leading the process from requirements to delivery.

What are we looking for?

• At least 5 years of experience in Systems Analysis
• At least 3 years of experience in Systems Analysis on the Salesforce platform within a large organization
• At least 4 years of experience in Project Management
• Experience writing specifications / User Stories and leading Design processes
• Experience in a financial organization and working with Service Cloud, Flows, permissions, and users – an advantage
