Senior Manager of Product Management

ULTRA RED is a cybersecurity company specializing in Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM). The company provides organizations with a deep and comprehensive view of their attack surface by combining advanced scanning capabilities, automated adversary techniques, and continuous exposure analysis.

The ULTRA RED platform automatically maps internet-facing assets, identifies exploitable weaknesses, and prioritizes real-world attack paths, enabling security teams to focus on the exposures that matter most and take actions that meaningfully reduce risk.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product strategy, roadmap, and priorities for ULTRA RED’s CTEM platform, based on customer needs, research insights, market trends, and company objectives.
• Lead the definition and development of new product capabilities, from problem identification and validation through user flows, requirements, PRDs, development, and release.
• Work closely with Engineering and Research teams to design and deliver technically complex capabilities across deep scanning, asset discovery, exposure management, and attack-path analysis.
• Lead product discovery processes, including gathering customer feedback, analyzing product and market data, validating problems, and translating insights into clear product priorities.
• Make prioritization decisions and balance customer needs, technical considerations, market opportunities, and business objectives.
• Participate directly in customer and prospect meetings, primarily with U.S.-based organizations, to understand their security challenges, gather product feedback, present and discuss product capabilities, and translate customer insights into product direction.
• Partner closely with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and company leadership to ensure alignment between product strategy, customer needs, and go-to-market priorities.
• Drive product planning cycles and maintain clear communication of product priorities, roadmap decisions, and progress across the organization.
• Stay closely connected to the cybersecurity landscape, competitive environment, attacker techniques, and emerging trends in CTEM and exposure management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Product Management experience in cybersecurity, with experience in CTEM, ASM/EASM, Vulnerability/Exposure Management, BAS/ABAS, or continuous scanning/asset discovery.
• Strong technical understanding of attacker workflows, internet-facing exposures, vulnerabilities, attack paths, and risk prioritization.
• Proven experience owning complex cybersecurity products and working end-to-end with Engineering and Research teams.
• Strong experience defining product requirements and writing clear, actionable PRDs.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts and customer needs into clear product priorities and business value.
• Strong customer-facing skills and experience working with enterprise customers and senior security stakeholders.
• Excellent English communication skills and willingness to participate in customer meetings
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment, with the ability to operate both strategically and hands-on.
