National Façades Sales Manager

Cosentino Israel is looking for a National Façades Sales Manager to drive the growth of our Façades business across the country.

This role focuses on building strong relationships with architects, façade consultants, developers, contractors, and key project stakeholders, generating specifications and identifying new business opportunities for some of the most innovative architectural projects in Israel.

We are looking for a commercially driven professional with a strong hunter mentality, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for architecture and construction.

💼 What You Will Do

• Develop new project opportunities and grow the Façades business across Israel.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, developers, contractors, and façade consultants.
• Generate specifications and secure Cosentino solutions in key projects.
• Manage the project pipeline from early specification through execution.
• Deliver technical and commercial presentations.
• Represent Cosentino at industry events and networking activities.

🏆 What You Need To Succeed

• 5+ years of experience in specification sales, project sales, façades, cladding, building envelope, or architectural products.
• Strong network within the architecture and construction community.
• Proven business development and relationship management skills.
• Hunter mentality and results-driven approach.
• Background in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related disciplines is a plus.
