PolyPid Ltd. is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing innovative therapies designed to improve surgical outcomes and reduce post-surgical infections. Leveraging its proprietary PLEX (Polymer-Lipid Encapsulation matriX) technology, PolyPid develops locally administered treatments that provide controlled and prolonged delivery of therapeutics directly at the surgical site.

PolyPid operates in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment where technology, quality, security, and compliance are critical to business success.

This position is employed through an external outsourcing service provider and assigned to work full-time at PolyPid.

We are looking for a hands-on and service-oriented IT Infrastructure & Compliance Administrator to join our Information Systems team.

The role is responsible for supporting end users, managing IT infrastructure and cloud services, maintaining cybersecurity controls, and ensuring reliable operation of business and regulated systems across the organization. The successful candidate will work closely with internal departments, Quality Assurance, and external vendors to deliver secure, effective, and compliant IT services.

• Provide technical support for employees, including computers, mobile devices, printers, and business applications.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services, user accounts, permissions, and endpoint devices.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, hardware deployment, and asset inventory.
• Support and maintain Windows servers, networking equipment, Wi-Fi, cybersecurity solutions, and cloud platforms.
• Monitor system health, backups, updates, and endpoint security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Maintain IT documentation, procedures, and technical records.
• Support regulated business systems used by Quality, Manufacturing, Clinical, and Corporate departments.
• Assist with incident investigations, system changes, audits, and compliance-related activities.
• Coordinate activities with external vendors and service providers.
• Participate in IT infrastructure projects, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• 3+ years of experience in IT Administration, System Administration, or IT Support.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Microsoft 365
• Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Intune
• Windows Server
• Active Directory
• Exchange Online
• SharePoint Online
• Experience supporting laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
• Strong networking knowledge, including switches, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, and VPN technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-service orientation.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.

• Experience working in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or other regulated industry.
• Familiarity with quality-driven business processes and compliance requirements.
• Exposure to cybersecurity tools and endpoint management solutions.
• Experience supporting audits and controlled environments.
• Microsoft, Azure, Networking, Security, or ITIL certifications.
