Role Description The Planner is a full-time, on-site role based in Rosh HaAyin. This role is responsible for planning and coordinating production activities, including creating and maintaining project and production schedules, monitoring material availability, and aligning capacity with demand. The Planner collaborates closely with engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure timely delivery of electronic systems and components according to customer requirements and company standards. Daily activities include updating planning tools and ERP data, tracking progress against milestones, resolving supply or scheduling conflicts, and supporting continuous improvement of planning processes. The Planner also prepares regular status reports, helps prioritize work orders, and contributes to accurate forecasting and resource allocation.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage and optimize production and project schedules, including workload planning, capacity analysis, and timeline tracking.
• Experience working with ERP or MRP systems, including creating work orders, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating procurement and logistics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical and operational data and make informed planning decisions.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and customer-facing teams.
• Background in industrial engineering, operations management, supply chain, or a related technical field; relevant academic degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work on-site in Rosh HaAyin, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic production environment.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing, defense, or high-tech engineering projects is an advantage.
