Full Stack Team Leader

We’re looking for a talented and experienced Full-Stack Team Leader to join our team at Elementor. In this role, you’ll lead a team of developers to drive significant impact on our business. As a key member of our engineering department, you’ll help shape our vision and culture, working closely with stakeholders across product, QA, data, DevOps, and other business departments to optimize our KPIs.

Requirements:

Leadership Skills: 2+ years of broad management experience: individuals, teams, and project management
7+ years of proven experience as a Full-Stack developer (Node.JS, React) - a must
Experience in building and maintaining products end-to-end, from ideation to production, including technical research, deployment, and monitoring
Experience in leading technically and organizationally complex projects
Experience with APIs, building platforms, and developing large systems in a complex environment
Experience in the online payments domain and high-availability systems - an advantage

Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of talented software engineers
Plan and lead the development of Elementor’s user success journeys, driving our users to succeed in creating their websites
Plan and build robust and scalable software components, services, and user-facing features
Stabilize and continuously improve the quality of the product
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
Work closely with the Product department, other developer teams, architects, QA, support, and business stakeholders
