Information Systems Engineer New

As an Information System Engineer, you will manage and optimize our IT infrastructure while implementing efficient access controls and automation across our enterprise systems and business platforms.

You will be responsible for our IT operations and enterprise systems management. You'll administer identity and access management platforms, manage business applications including project management tools, and build automation solutions that streamline IT service delivery and enhance employee productivity.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, or enterprise infrastructure

- Hands-on experience with identity and access management platforms

- Knowledge of access provisioning, user lifecycle management, and just-in-time access

- Experience with automation tools, scripting (Python, PowerShell), and REST APIs

- Strong background in SaaS platform administration and business system management

- Experience with ITSM processes, ticketing systems, and service delivery

- Excellent troubleshooting skills and process improvement mindset

IT Infrastructure & Systems Management

- Administer and optimize enterprise SaaS platforms and business applications

- Manage IT service delivery, user support, and system performance across the organization

- Oversee system integrations, user provisioning, and comprehensive IT asset management

Identity & Access Management

- Administer SSO and manage user access across all enterprise systems

- Implement efficient user provisioning and de-provisioning workflows

- Maintain access controls and user lifecycle management processes

IT Operations & Service Delivery

- Build and maintain integrations between business systems and IT platforms

- Develop IT automation solutions to streamline operations and reduce manual workload

- Create self-service IT capabilities and efficient onboarding/offboarding processes

System Administration & Optimization

- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of business-critical applications

- Implement IT operational improvements that enhance productivity and user experience

- Maintain documentation, change management, and IT service standards

Business Support & Collaboration

- Partner with teams across the organization to understand and fulfill technology requirements

- Provide technical guidance on IT processes and system utilization best practices

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the entire IT ecosystem efficiently

- Design and enforce zero trust policies across development and operations infrastructure

Automation & Systems Integration

- Build and maintain API integrations between engineering tools and security platforms

- Develop custom automation solutions to eliminate manual administrative overhead

- Create self-service capabilities and streamlined onboarding processes

Security & Compliance

- Monitor and audit access patterns across all engineering systems

- Implement security controls that enable rather than hinder developer velocity

- Ensure compliance with security policies while maintaining operational efficiency

Collaboration & Support

- Partner with engineering teams to understand infrastructure and workflow requirements

- Provide technical guidance on security best practices and access management

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the engineering operations ecosystem
