Head of Aircraft Structures B | Aviation Division

We are looking for a Head of Aircraft Structures B to join the Aircraft Inspection Organization within IAI’s Aviation Division.

The position includes:

• Implementing work plans and planning and allocating manpower according to current and anticipated projects within the plant

• Managing employees in a dynamic operational environment and making decisions under pressure

• Overall responsibility for all quality-related activities within the Structures domain, including authority inspections, compliance with standards and adherence to schedules

• Participating in decision-making and providing solutions to complex aircraft-related challenges

• Working closely with internal and external customers and regulatory authorities

Requirements:

• Israeli citizenship

• At least 6 years of experience in the field of aircraft structures

• At least 2 years of managerial experience, including direct or matrix management of at least 10 employees

• High level of English proficiency – speaking, reading and writing, including technical English

Additional criteria (advantage):

• Aircraft Structures Maintenance License
