Amazon Account Executive – Operations

Who We Are

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Amazon Account Executive to join our Marketplace team. This is a hands-on operational role: you’ll keep our Amazon accounts running smoothly day to day – catalog, inventory, invoices, chargebacks and issue resolution – working closely with the Marketplace team and internal departments. •       Maintain and update the product catalog and product detail pages on Amazon (titles, descriptions, images, attributes, keywords).

•       Monitor stock levels and incoming purchase orders (POs), and flag risks of stock-outs or overstock.

•       Handle invoices, chargebacks and shortage claims – track, reconcile and dispute as needed.

•       Open, follow up on and resolve cases with Amazon Seller / Vendor Support.

•       Track daily account health, sales and inventory reports, and flag issues to the team.

•       Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, marketing, content) to keep listings and orders accurate.

•       Support enrollment and upkeep of Amazon programs (e.g. Brand Registry, Premium Beauty) and other marketplaces as needed.

•       Position in located in Shoham

•       1–3 years of experience in eCommerce or marketplace operations, ideally on Amazon.

•       Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.

•       Strong Excel skills and comfort working with reports and data.

•       Very organized and detail-oriented, able to manage many small tasks in parallel and follow them through to completion.

•       Excellent English, written and spoken.

•       Proactive, eager to learn, and a good team player.

•       Vendor Central (1P) experience – invoices, chargebacks, POs.

•       Experience with Amazon.de or Walmart.
