Buligo Capital, a publicly traded real estate investment company, is looking for a talented and motivated Assistant Controller to join our Finance team in Ramat Gan.

This is a hands-on role offering broad exposure to financial reporting, controllership, real estate investments, and evolving finance technologies.

What you'll do

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
• Prepare financial statements and tax reports
• Perform budget vs. actual analysis
• Support ISOX processes and internal controls
• Participate in real estate valuation processes
• Oversee bookkeeping and ongoing financial activities
• Support the implementation and integration of AI and automation tools across the Finance department to improve efficiency and streamline processes

What we're looking for

• CPA – Required
• Big Four experience – Required
• 2+ years of relevant post-internship experience OR previous experience as an Assistant Controller – Required
• Fluent Hebrew and English – Required
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach
• Real estate experience – Advantage
• NetSuite experience – Advantage
