Country Product Manager (Israel)

About the Job:

• Be responsible for finished goods and Hardware products, such as LCD Monitor, Wireless, Networking, Gaming gears, or PC components (VGA/Motherboard/Chassis/PSU…) development for Israel market, based in Tel Aviv/Israel.
• Market & Business Development: Monitor market trends, competitors, market share and business opportunities; maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors.
• Product Management: Localize product roadmaps, positioning and sales tools; provide product training and develop competitive action plans.
• Sales & Forecasting: Manage sales forecasts, orders, inventory, sell-in/sell-out, product transitions and weekly business performance.
• Pricing & Profitability: Monitor market pricing, manage local price positioning, project pricing and overall product profitability.
• Channel Management: Manage distributors, sub-distributors and key accounts; drive sales activities, stock levels, run-rate and channel performance.
• Promotion: Develop and execute incentive programs, MDF activities, special promotions and co-marketing initiatives.
• Business Reporting: Provide regular business updates, targets, performance analysis and action plans to management.
• Leadership & Compliance: Work closely with internal teams and partners, continuously develop professional capabilities, and execute business activities in accordance with company policies and ethical standards.

Requirements:

• Experience in consumer electronic market (Experience of LCD/ Wireless /PC Component products is a plus)
• Proactive, outgoing and goal oriented.
• Strong execution and ownership.
