SAP MM Implementation Specialist – Job

We are looking for an experienced SAP MM Implementation Specialist to join a leading Israeli company in the food & beverage industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SAP S/4HANA implementation activities in the Procurement & Logistics (MM) domain.
• Work closely with business stakeholders across Procurement, Inventory, Warehouses, and Logistics Centers.
• Collaborate with Information Systems teams, including Implementation, Development, and Infrastructure.
• Work with external service providers supporting the Information Systems division and logistics centers.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed specifications and guidelines for developers.
• Prepare functional specifications, process documents, and detailed implementation documentation.
• Lead implementation tasks and projects from requirements gathering through full implementation and user adoption.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience implementing SAP MM, with a strong focus on Procurement and Inventory Management – Mandatory.
• Proven experience leading implementation tasks and projects from initial requirements through full implementation and user adoption – Mandatory.
• Experience with SAP PP and/or SD – a significant advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management – a significant advantage.
• Fluent Hebrew and strong English communication skills.
• High level of self-learning and ability to independently understand and implement new processes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
