Workplace Experience Coordinator

The opportunity

The Workplace Experience (WE) Team at Unity is dedicated to creating an engaging, fun, and productive workplace.

In this role, you'll be the face of our Tel Aviv office for employees, visitors, and candidates, and you'll have a real impact on shaping and maintaining Unity's culture. You would work closely with the global Workplace Experience team around the globe.

What you’ll be doing

• Keep daily office operations running smoothly — ticket queue, proactive issue resolution, and existing workplace experience programs
• Own local food and beverage programs, including vendor management, snack inventory, and event catering
• Bring workplace culture to life by planning and running employee events, from small activations to seasonal celebrations
• Partner with the Regional EHS manager on Health & Safety compliance, and with Unity's Security team on access management for employees, vendors, and visitors, including risk and incident reporting
• Maintain and grow vendor relationships — reviewing SOWs, running QBRs, and supporting RFPs alongside your manager and Procurement
• Handle local office administration: site budget tracking, purchase requests, invoice payments, Confluence page updates, and workplace communications to the local team
• Partner with site leads on business needs and the Design & Construction team on capital projects, and serve as after-hours emergency contact
• On call for after-hours emergency contact
  
  

What we’re looking for

• Fluency in written and spoken English and Hebrew
• Working knowledge of budget tracking and purchasing
• Experience planning and delivering workplace events end to end
• Proactive communicator who values honesty, flags potential issues before they snowball, and handles delicate alignment discussions across teams with tact and composure
• Fast learner with high adaptability—comfortable embracing change, picking up new concepts quickly, and pivoting as needs evolve.
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, displaying accuracy, flexibility, and reliability on all tasks assigned
  
  

You might also have

• Experience in the hospitality or customer service industry is a plus
• Experience through an office move, fit-out or space planning project
• Hands on experience with Mac or Windows including experience in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)/MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and proficient with Gmail and Google Calendar
• Familiarity with Workday, a ticketing system such as Freshservice or Jira, or a workplace management software,
• First Aid/AED/CPR trained
  
  

This range reflects the anticipated base salary for this position. Beyond base salary, this role may be eligible for equity awards and participation in our company incentive plans (such as annual discretionary bonuses or sales commissions). The final offer amount will depend on several factors, including geographic location and the candidate’s relevant experience, professional background, and skill set.
