Job Description:

The role involves managing and leading a large-scale monitoring and control operation, directly managing professional teams, and spearheading the organization’s monitoring and control domain. The position requires a balance of business acumen, leadership and management capabilities, deep professional and technological expertise in complex environments, and ongoing collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cross-Organizational Interfaces & Process Leadership: Ongoing, integrative collaboration with various business units across the organization to implement tailored security controls aligned with business operations.
• Management & Leadership of Team Leads and the Control Operations:
• SOC Team: Managing the Security Operations Center (monitoring and incident response) across various Tier models.
• Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Team: Enforcing policies and preventing the leakage of sensitive data.
• Vulnerability Management
• Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI)
• Supply Chain Risk Management: Leading third-party cyber resilience assessments, maintaining continuous engagement with external vendors, and working closely with the corporate procurement department.
• Identity & Access Management (IAM): Guiding and leading identity and access governance processes, including policy definition, implementation, and auditing.
• Close collaboration with business units across the enterprise.
• Ongoing interaction with the Data Protection Officer (DPO), risk managers, and various audit/control bodies.
• Active involvement in architecting and delivering security solutions for complex business processes.
• Leading regulatory compliance initiatives, including gap analyses, remediation planning, and implementation oversight.

Required Qualifications, Experience & Education (Mandatory):

• At least 5 years of experience in technical infrastructure management or information and cybersecurity.
• Proven track record in managing and leading technical/professional teams.
• High availability and willingness to work non-standard hours (24/7 incident management and response).
• Broad professional background in cyber risk management and a strong grasp of deploying innovative security solutions.
• Proven experience leading and managing complex, cross-organizational initiatives and collaborating with business end-users.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience monitoring hybrid environments (integrating On-Premises infrastructures and cloud environments).
• Familiarity with information security standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Creative mindset, initiative, and a proactive approach to identifying technical and business solutions.
• Ability to perform under pressure, maintain strict confidentiality, and uphold high integrity.
• Experience in IT infrastructure — a significant advantage.
• Professional certifications or advanced coursework in information security (e.g., CISO, CISM, CISSP, DPO) — an advantage.
