Import & Logistics Coordinator

An established technology company is looking for an experienced Import & Logistics Coordinator to join a small and experienced operations team and take ownership of end-to-end logistics and import processes.

The role combines international suppliers, import shipments, orders, inventory, deliveries and customers, with hands-on responsibility throughout the process.

Responsibilities:

• Handle and monitor air and sea import shipments.
• Open purchase orders and manage ongoing processes in Priority ERP.
• Work directly with international suppliers and local customers.
• Coordinate and monitor deliveries through completion.
• Monitor inventory, goods receipt and inventory movements.
• Work with regulatory authorities as part of import processes.
• Resolve operational issues in real time across multiple interfaces.
• Receive goods and coordinate warehouse intake.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in operations and logistics, including import processes – required.
• Practical experience working with Priority ERP – required.
• Good English for ongoing communication with international suppliers – required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office – required.
• Experience working with the Standards Institution of Israel and/or other regulatory authorities in import processes – a significant advantage.
• Strong ownership, organizational skills and ability to manage processes end-to-end.
