NeuroKaire’s (formerly Genetika+) mission is to transform brain health and eliminate suffering through the integration of precision medicine into psychiatry and neurology. Through a simple blood test, NeuroKaire’s neuronal readout provides a new window into brain function, helping clinicians identify the optimal antidepressant based on the unique response of a patient’s brain cells combined with their genetics and medical history. THE ROLE

You’ll be the person who makes BrightKaire™ actually work for patients and doctors on a daily basis. That means running the HubSpot pipeline, handling support, processing orders and reports, coordinating logistics, and making sure nothing gets stuck. You’ll also support clinical trial operations as they grow. It’s a hands-on role where you own the full flow from order to results.

You’ll take a proactive approach with patients and providers: reaching out, following up, and building relationships that keep them engaged. You’ll work closely with our VP to execute our customer strategy on the ground.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Pipeline & Operations

•      Run the full HubSpot pipeline end-to-end - orders, prescriptions, sample tracking, report delivery.

•       Keep data clean, tickets moving, and flag anything that stalls.

•       Build and improve automations to reduce manual work and scale the operation.

Customer Support & Client Relationships

•      Be the main point of contact for patients and providers - calls, emails, webforms. Respond within 24 hours.

•       Walk patients through the testing process and help providers get comfortable prescribing.

•       Manage ongoing relationships and follow up proactively.

Order Processing & Compliance

•       Process prescriptions, verify insurance and consent, coordinate blood draw logistics and shipping.

•       Deliver reports securely and maintain HIPAA compliance across all touchpoints.

•       Support the insurance reimbursement process - follow up with patients and providers on missing documentation, and coordinate with our billing partner.

Clinical Trials Support

•      Support clinical trial operations as they scale - site coordination, documentation, patient enrollment.

•      Help manage grant-related projects (e.g., BIRD) - timelines and deliverables.

WHAT YOU BRING

Must Have

•       2+ years in a customer-facing operations, support, or account role.

•       Startup experience - you’ve worked in an early-stage company, where processes are still being built and you’re expected to figure things out.

•       Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, biotech, or digital health.

•       Advanced, hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot preferred; Salesforce or similar also relevant). You’ve designed pipelines and processes, and personally built workflows and automations.

•       Proactive in client relationships - you pick up the phone, follow up before anyone asks, and build lasting relationships with patients, providers, and partners.

•       Native-level English, written and spoken.

An Advantage

•       A clinical background (RN, paramedic, CRC) or clinical trials experience.
