The Opportunity

We’re looking for a talented Mid-Level Industrial Designer to join our Product Development team and help create best-in-class beauty products and experiences.

In this role, you’ll design and develop premium packaging and physical experiences across our brand portfolio. From the initial concept through production, you’ll own the full development cycle and bring designs to life at a scale of millions of units.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to transform ideas into production-ready products in a fast-paced environment where creativity, craftsmanship, speed, and flexibility are equally important.

What You’ll Do

• Design premium, mass-produced beauty products using materials such as glass, plastic, cardboard, and fabric.
• Research, define, and test packaging solutions that support new formulas, product functionality, and user experiences.
• Develop complete product systems; from primary and secondary packaging to product shape, color strategy, and user interface.
• Conceptualize and develop end-to-end customer experiences, including shipping experiences, PR kits, gifting concepts, influencer collaborations, and more.
• Develop deep expertise in materials, finishes, decorations, manufacturing processes, and sustainable alternatives.
• Balance ambitious, best-in-class design with real-world constraints such as time-to-market, target cost, safety standards, manufacturability, and sustainability requirements.
• Support industrialization, prototyping, testing, and quality-control processes to bring designs successfully into production.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure design intent is maintained throughout development and manufacturing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant industrial design experience.
• Strong advantage for candidates with experience in glass, plastics, and/or metal manufacturing processes.
• Experience with 3D printing and prototyping.
• BA in Industrial Design or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in SolidWorks and KeyShot.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Excellent written and spoken English - A must.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to quickly get up to speed, iterate, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in a design studio is a strong advantage.
