About The Role

We're seeking a Paid Media Expert to own our paid search and Paid social strategy end-to-end. You'll build, launch, and optimize campaigns across multiple channels with full budget authority and direct access to leadership. This is a hands-on role where you drive real results in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

What you’ll do:

• Build and scale paid acquisition campaigns across Google Search, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Reddit, and emerging channels with clear performance ownership
• Manage budgets, hit ROAS/CPA targets, and continuously optimize through A/B testing on audiences, creatives, and messaging
• Leverage AI tools and automation to enhance workflows, improve efficiency, and uncover optimization opportunities
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on campaign and funnel performance; build dashboards to track KPIs and present actionable insights
• Develop data-driven strategies targeting technical buyers in DevOps, infrastructure, and AI/ML spaces
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Demand Gen, product, analytics, and content teams to align paid acquisition with business goals
  
  

• 5+ years of hands-on paid search and/or performance marketing with proven track record of scaling budgets profitably
• B2B SaaS/Tech Background: Success running acquisition campaigns for technology companies; understanding of technical buyer personas
• Multi-Channel Expertise: Advanced hands-on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads; native networks (Taboola, Outbrain, MGID) and Reddit/Twitter/X a plus
• AI & Automation Fluency: High level of AI literacy; hands-on experience using automation and AI tools to optimize campaigns and analysis
• Integrations & Automation Knowledge: Experience with marketing automation, pixel/event tracking, UTM structure, web attribution, and data integration
• Data & Analytics Skills: Comfortable conducting analyses to identify trends and performance gaps
