For one of our clients, a growing company in the consumer products sector, we are looking for a strong business leader to lead its next stage of expansion, growth and capability building.

We are open not only to experienced CEOs and General Managers, but also to accomplished senior executives who are ready to make the move into their first CEO position.

You may currently be a VP Sales/ Commercial/ Trade/ Operations/ Supply Chain or / Procurement – as long as you bring broad business responsibility, strong commercial understanding and the ability to lead a company end-to-end.

This is a role for someone who knows how to grow a business, expand activity, strengthen commercial and operational capabilities, upgrade processes and build the infrastructure required for the company’s next stage.

We are looking for someone who understands the world of consumer products, knows how to operate across B2C and B2B channels, and combines commercial drive with strong execution capabilities.

The role includes full responsibility for business performance and P&L, growth strategy, expansion of sales and business activity, development of new channels and partnerships, operations, procurement and supply chain, customer experience, and leadership of the company’s management team.

A key part of the role will be to identify growth opportunities, improve organizational capabilities, strengthen management processes, upgrade systems and ways of working, and build a scalable platform for continued expansion.

What matters most to us:

• Significant senior management experience in consumer products / consumer goods

• Proven experience working with both B2C and B2B markets

• Strong commercial orientation and understanding of sales, pricing, margins and profitability

• Experience driving growth, business expansion or major organizational improvement

• Experience managing substantial business activity, budgets and KPIs

• Ability to lead across multiple functions and connect commercial, operational and customer-facing activities

• Strong orientation toward technology, innovation, digital transformation and AI

• Proven ability to improve processes, strengthen capabilities and build scalable operations

• Hands-on leadership style combined with strategic thinking

• Experience in smart products, technology-enabled consumer products, import, distribution, retail or premium consumer products – an advantage
