Quality Assurance Manager

About the Role:

Discure Technologies is seeking a highly motivated, hands-on QA Manager to join our team as we advance our implantable bioelectronic device toward a pivotal clinical study. This is a full-time, office-based position in Petah Tikva, BSR City, reporting to the Head of Quality Assurance. The QA Manager will implement and manage the quality system in a multidisciplinary development environment, with ownership of design controls, configuration and document control, quality records, suppliers, and equipment documentation. The role requires close collaboration with R&D, regulatory, manufacturing, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

·      Help implement and maintain the quality system within a multidisciplinary R&D environment

·      Maintain the Design History File (DHF), ensuring complete, controlled, and traceable design records

·      Manage product configuration, Device Master Records (DMR), Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), and manufacturing documentation

·      Manage document control for procedures, specifications, forms, and related documentation

·      Manage quality records and ensure appropriate retention, traceability, and accessibility

·      Maintain the Approved Supplier List (ASL) and related supplier quality documentation

·      Maintain equipment logs and associated calibration and maintenance records

·      Collaborate with R&D, regulatory, manufacturing, and suppliers to integrate quality requirements into development activities

Qualifications and Requirements

·      BSc or equivalent degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Quality, or another relevant technical or scientific field

·      2+ years of experience in quality assurance, engineering, operations, or a related role within a regulated medical device environment

·      Experience with design controls, DHF, DMR, ECO/configuration management, and document control

·      Familiarity with medical device quality management systems and applicable quality processes

·      Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

·      High level of ownership and ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams
