About the Role An innovative communications tech company in Tel Aviv is seeking an experienced RF Antenna Engineer to lead the design, simulation, and testing of embedded antennas for complex communication devices Operating 100% on-site from our central Tel Aviv office right next to the Azrieli train station and Light Rail, you will optimize antenna efficiency against device peripherals, design matching circuits, and collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary teams across mechanics, software, and production

Must-have Requirements

Bachelor or Master degree in Electronic Engineering with specialization in RF, antennas, and electromagnetic waves

2 to 3 years of proven experience in designing embedded antennas for multi-communication devices

Solid proficiency with simulation tools such as CST, ADS, or Optenni

Proven experience in troubleshooting antenna efficiency degradation caused by device peripherals such as batteries, flexes, and speakers

Hands-on experience with RF measurement equipment including Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, and CMW500

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in multi-disciplinary environments alongside mechanical, software, and manufacturing teams

Full time availability to work on-site from the Tel Aviv offices
