Chief Executive Officer

QHR – Accurate HR Services is recruiting a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for an established defense technology company operating in Israel and international markets.

We are seeking an experienced executive with a proven background in the defense industry, hands-on leadership experience in a company developing and delivering complex multidisciplinary systems, and a strong track record in company management, international business development and commercial growth.

Mandatory Requirements

Candidates must meet ALL of the following requirements:

• Proven professional and managerial experience within a defense company / defense technology company – mandatory.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a CEO / General Manager with full company management responsibility – mandatory.

• Proven experience managing an organization that develops, manufactures and/or delivers complex multidisciplinary systems – mandatory.

• Proven experience leading business development, sales and commercial growth – mandatory.

• Significant experience developing international markets and managing global customers.

• Full P&L responsibility, including budgets, profitability, forecasts and business performance.

• Experience leading senior management teams and cross-functional organizations.

• Proven ability to lead complex, high-value sales processes and commercial negotiations.

• Experience working with defense organizations, government customers, strategic partners and international customers.

• Fluent English – written and spoken.

• Relevant academic degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.

Experience as a CEO within the defense industry and a senior military/defense background will be considered a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for the company's strategy, business performance, operations and P&L.

• Define and execute the company's long-term growth strategy.

• Lead international business development and expansion into new defense markets.

• Develop relationships with defense organizations, governments, OEMs, strategic customers and international partners.

• Lead complex commercial negotiations and high-value international transactions.

• Drive profitable growth and identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.

• Lead the executive management team and ensure effective cross-functional execution across R&D, Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Sales and Business Development.

• Represent the company before the Board of Directors, customers, partners and other key stakeholders.

• Represent the company at international defense exhibitions and industry events.
